Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry / Applied Chemistry from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the proper implementation of production schedule.
∎ To ensure the production line and machine are ready for production.
∎ To execute and monitoring the operation of API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) synthesis.
∎ To ensure optimum use of production equipment's and manpower.
∎ To maintain the administrative activity of the shift for smooth operation.
∎ To hand over finish goods to store department.
∎ To prepare SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
∎ Provide training to workers on SOP and GMP.
∎ Work with production teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 Years working experience in API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) synthesis will be added advantage.
∎ Good Communications Skills both in Bengali and English.
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Computer Skill in MS-Office.

Salary: Negotiable
