∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Chemistry, Master of Science (MSc) in Biochemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To perform physical and chemical tests of raw materials & finish product.
∎ Confirm every batch as per QA guide line.
∎ Finish goods physical test confirmation before packing (size, smell, colour etc.) as per company specification.
∎ Ensure correct raw materials dumping as per requirement.
∎ Ensure mixing time, hot pellet temperature, hot conditioner temperature.
∎ Look after moisture of mash feed, Pellet feed, conditioning feed, hot pellet feed & finally finish feed.
∎ Ensure Pellet Durability Index, Hardness, Softness, dust of finish products.
∎ Monitoring the mash feed particle size & pellet feed particle size which comply the company standard.
∎ Follow and establish Non-conforming report & Corrective action report.
∎ To implement the procedures & Instructions of ISO -9001:2015 in own area of activity.
∎ To perform test of Moisture, Crude protein, Crude fat, Fiber, Ash, Phosphorus, Toxin etc.
∎ To ensure compliance of GLP at all stages of testing of products.
∎ Control of CCP & Implement HACCP on each stage.
∎ To prepare Quality manual (if required, in case of method, & product specification change) before production to QA department.
∎ To perform works relevant to preparation and standardization of chemical reagents & working standard.
∎ Follow & establish MSDS, FIFO, LIFO & warehouse management.
∎ To implement GLP and ensure safe storage, distribution & disposition of reagents and chemicals.
∎ Maintain records relevant to analysis, testing, batch processing etc.
∎ Any other task assigned Lab, QA/Head, Immediate Supervisor or management.
