• Minimum 5 year experiences as Managerial position in chemical store

• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procurement requisition processes.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in chemical store operations.

• Ensuring proper maintenance & operation of chemical store at Wash section in Garments Factories.

• Receiving, storage, and distribution of chemicals to production floor as per, with ensuring strict safety and compliance regulatory standards.

• Maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinating with production and procurement teams timely to ensure seamless chemical availability. 

• Initiating and applying optimal operational policies and procedures in the chemical store.

• Receiving all washing chemicals from local, foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC / purchase and make inventory report properly.

• Ensuring all receive and distribution of Store chemicals are properly documented and released.

• Maintaining proper record for receiving and delivering and track of surplus stock.

• Supervising all stores operational issues and maintain the safety of the store house.

• Checking physical inventory from time to time to crossmatch with the monthly inventory report.

• Preparing Report -Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly, and yearly according to inventory flow movement and submit to Proper authority.

• Leading, guiding and follow-up all other store persons for smooth functioning of store dept.

• Implement and enforce safe handling, storage, and disposal procedures for all chemicals, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and availability of MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets). 

• Ensure housekeeping as per compliance storage as per chemical Compatibility Chart.

• Stock maintains as per Bond Ledger.

• Ensure First in First Out (FIFO). Monitoring non-moving stock report and to report with in-house date and qty.

• Quality data record: Verify the quality of received chemicals from production team and ensure to keep update to procurement team regarding quality status.
