Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science in Textile Engineering
∎ Minimum 12-year work experience in Wash R&D
∎ Minimum 5-year experience as Managerial/R&D head position.
∎ Must be well experienced with Inditex (ZARA, Pull & Bear, Bershka, etc.)
∎ Should have basic communications skills in both written and spoken English and Bengali.
∎ Must have good knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel
∎ Bachelor of Science in Textile Engineering

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure smooth execution of Wash (R&D) as per the buyer's specifications.
∎ Knowledge in Denim Dry Process, Wet Process, Dyeing, Over-Dye & analyzing Wash (R&D).
∎ Must have knowledge for dyeing recipe formulation skill.
∎ Must have a sound understanding of current overseas fashion trend and product development priorities, which will be preferred by all target buyers.
∎ Must have knowledge about different kinds of fabric and fabric tolerance.
∎ Ensure all the Proto/Development Sample, Fit/PP Sample Development are delivered within timely manner with required wash standard.
∎ Matching costing throughout development stage to production stage.
∎ Should have good knowledge about all kinds of Lab test parameters and liable to pass lab test samples.
∎ Knowledge on all chemical certifications (ZDHC, TDS, MSDS, RSL, MRSL, Hazardous Component)Good skill about Sustainable dyeing & washes development using laser, E. Flow and ozone machine.
∎ Risk analysis/Safety points of garment during development for further smooth wash production.
∎ Minimizing production costs and maintaining current quality standards.
