Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC/Diploma in Food Preparation & Management from PARJATAN or any reputed institution;
∎ Appropriate degree from culinary school & Certification on HACCP related certificate will be advantage;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Household Chef
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Catering, Club, Hotel, Resort, Restaurant

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment;
∎ Receiving menu for cooking from the concerned of the resident daily basis;
∎ Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.);
∎ Prepare meals in private homes according to employers' recipes or tastes, handling all meals for the family and guest;
∎ Serve meals and snacks to family and their guests;
∎ Plan and prepare food for parties, holiday meals, lunch, special functions, and other social events;
∎ Peel, wash, trim, and cook vegetables, fish and meats, and bake breads and pastries, and maintaining cleanliness etc;
∎ Travel with employers to vacation homes to provide meal preparation at those locations;
∎ Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production, preservation and presentation;
∎ Cook food in various utensils or grillers;
∎ Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen;
∎ Ensure all food and other items are stored properly;
∎ Check quality of ingredients daily basis;
∎ Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must have a Proven experience record (certified by the authority);
∎ Excellent record of kitchen management;
∎ Excellent physical condition and stamina;
∎ Ability to identify and resolve problems immediately;
∎ Team player & Quick Lerner;
∎ Habit to work under pressure /stressful situation;
∎ Communication and leadership skills.
