Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare meals and menus featuring local and international dishes of the highest standard.
∎ Craft first-class dishes tailored to the specific preferences of residents.
∎ Maintain a deep understanding of residents’ culinary preferences, including likes and dislikes.
∎ Develop and update a comprehensive menu book for the residence.
∎ Ensure portion control and aesthetic presentation of all dishes.
∎ Conduct regular menu trials with a focus on seasonal ingredients.
∎ Maintain impeccable standards of food preparation, handling, and storage.
∎ Ensure thorough kitchen cleanliness and adherence to hygiene regulations.
∎ Evaluate ingredients to maintain consistent quality.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and implement stock management practices.
∎ Promote a safe, functional, and organized kitchen environment.
∎ Apply health and safety standards through regular cleaning schedules.

∎ Ability to read fluently from menu books in English, understand and prepare meals∙
