Responsibilities & Context:

1. Leading Kitchen Operations for Property
2. Experienced in making menu especially in Thai, Korean, Japanese, Italian cuisine
3. Provides direction for all day-to-day operations in Kitchen and manage groceries and stock of the food raw materials
4. Provides guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
5. Supervises and coordinates activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation.
6. Develops and implements guidelines and control procedures for purchasing and receiving areas.
7. Communicates the importance of safety procedures, detailing procedure codes, ensuring employee understanding of safety codes, monitoring processes and procedures related to safety.
8. Provides direction for menu development.
9. Monitors the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
10. Determines how food should be presented, and create decorative food displays.
11. Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
12. Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products.
13. Improves service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.
