∎ Preparing & baking foods according to the menus
∎ Contributing to menu designs and development new items and seasonal menus
∎ Monitoring and ordering ingredients and supplies, ensuring sufficient stock and adherence to budget.
∎ Maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
∎ Reporting any issues and ensuring proper maintenance.
∎ Operating and maintaining kitchen equipment.
∎ Keeping records, managing inventory, and potentially assisting with employee scheduling.
