Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Channel Development & Management: Identify, appoint, and manage distributors and retail channel partners to ensure strong market presence and availability.
∎ Sell-Out Strategy Execution: Design and implement sell-out strategies to boost product movement from retail to end consumers.
∎ Sell-Through Monitoring: Ensure continuous sell-through by supporting retail partners with stock movement, consumer offers, and visibility campaigns.
∎ Sales Target Achievement: Drive and monitor primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
∎ Retailer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key retailers and regularly engage them through schemes, product training, and trade support.
∎ Channel Stock Management: Track channel inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid overstocking or stock-outs.
∎ Promotional Activities: Plan and execute in-store branding, retail activation, and promotional offers to generate walk-ins and conversions.
∎ Competitor Tracking: Monitor competitor activities and pricing to stay competitive and adapt strategies accordingly.
∎ Job Purpose:
∎ The Channel Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the indirect sales network (distributors, dealers, resellers) of Akij Telecom Ltd. The role aims to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and ensure brand visibility through effective channel strategies and strong partner relationships.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
