Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet assigned target for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts,
∎ Working closely with sales team, motivate, train and advise them to meet the sales target,
∎ Maintain effective stock level all POS with proper merchandising and visibility,
∎ Identifying and reaching out to new potential channel & implementing channel marketing plans set out by the marketing,
∎ Regularly meeting with counterparts with partner organization, manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channel by fostering excellent communication internally & externally and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement,
∎ Weekly and monthly v reporting on sales KPI, target achievement,
∎ Giving feedback to the marketing team on the success of sales promotions,
∎ Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates, sales team and partner needs on an ongoing basis addressing customers services,
∎ Works on cross selling opportunities within organization.
