Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly implementation plan.
∎ Conduct Monthly meeting with Community Based Child Protection Committee (CBCPC).
∎ Assist Project Manager to ensure all logistics support (toys and book for library, charts, audio and visual materials etc.) for CFS.
∎ Assist Facilitator to regular recreational and culture activities (song, dance, drama, play, acting, poem/ rhymes recitation).
∎ Assist PM to conduct Centre based dialogue workshop with local government and civil societies regarding child right, birth registration, drop out from educational institutions, reintegration, child labor, special need for challenged children and others.
∎ Provide support to case worker in identification of the cases and ensure the need based services.
∎ Provide support to the life skill ad PSS facilitator and Volunteer in the session and also the community based approaches services.
∎ Regular Communication with CIC office, local Police station, Navy authority and other acting NGO and participate in the meeting.
∎ Develop periodic qualitative and quantitative report for the project as well donor requirement.
∎ Responsible to maintain liaison and communication with upazilla level officials of MoWCA, DWA, DSS, and other like- minded NGOS.
∎ Maintain stock register at CFS and utilize the materials in proper way.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong in English and capable to write quality report in English will be necessary
∎ Strong ability in problem solving and decision-making.
∎ Team building, Supportive supervision and motivation skill.
∎ Skilled in documentation, facilitation, presentation & reporting.
∎ Computer (MS word, excel, PowerPoint, email, internet etc ) knowledge
∎ Strong report writing skills both Bangla and English
∎ Working place will be in Bashan Char.
Salary: Tk. 60000 (Monthly)
