Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Description:
∎ • Demonstrate effective leadership for the Data Centre Operations Team, establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and skill metrics.
∎ • Select and qualify vendors, addressing risks, non-compliance, and legal issues while managing vendor agreements.
∎ • Evaluate and implement maintenance strategies, managing on-site/off-site spares for optimal facilities maintenance.
∎ • Ensure safety compliance, develop emergency response policies, and manage Permit-To-Work (PTW) procedures.
∎ • Define and align Service Level Agreements (SLAs), implementing change management procedures.
∎ • Enforce security access control standards, SOPs for various scenarios, and effective patrols for 24x7 vigilance.
∎ • Apply ITSM/ITIL principles in daily operations, overseeing asset and inventory management, floor operations, and equipment handling.
∎ • Define and monitor data centre design limits, set up thresholds, and plan for future capacity needs.
∎ • Adhere to cable management standards, specify, label, and implement in-rack power and network cabling.
∎ • Establish monitoring requirements, utilize automated helpdesk systems, and monitor performance metrics for efficient data centre operations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years

Salary: Tk. 100000 - 120000 (Monthly)
