Job Context:
∎ The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for our overall operational strategy.
∎ There is a huge operational team and massive potentials entrepreneurs, working in Bangladesh seeking meaningful projects to support, media outlets demanding content, PR representation, new opportunities for collaborations.
∎ We are looking for an experienced business leader to scale our work in Bangladesh and abroad to access the businesses that can make our entrepreneurs capable to sustainable and fulfilling the enormous demand of the market. Reporting to the Founder & President, this position will serve as the internal organizational leader and head of operations of our organization.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing processes and paperwork in all areas.
∎ Leading teams in the implementation of the strategy.
∎ Future forecasting and troubleshooting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Demonstrable and practical experience at a senior level, in the public or private sector, of delivering significant operational transformation to business technologies and processes, to deliver commercial growth, increase supporter base, cost savings and service improvements and the extensive use of digital technology.
∎ Experience in as a 'Director' or 'Head of' or similar role.
∎ Degree or equivalent level qualification or relevant experience.
∎ High level of communication and writing in Bengali & English language.
∎ Demonstrated ability to work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team.
∎ Managing a big team.
∎ Well developed time management skills.
∎ Working knowledge of Bangladesh and abroad is an asset.
∎ Understanding and experience in undertaking continuous quality improvement activities.
∎ Demonstrated ability to network.
∎ Bold, and willing to experiment, but able to tread carefully.
∎ A hands-on team player, capable of working both at a granular level and with organizational structure and efficiency.
∎ Strong leadership skills, with a coach and develop the working style.
∎ Excellent workstream management skills and ability to lead and manage a variety of tasks simultaneously l
∎ Ability to scale up the number of entrepreneurs in the group.
∎ Excellent roadmap and planning skills, with the ability to work under pressure to deadlines a creative and flexible approach to all challenges
∎ Ability to understand performance data, both financial and non-financial.
∎ Confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders, using both technical and non-technical language/explanations.
∎ Strong technical skills and knowledge of cloud-based collaborative applications.
∎ Excellent organizational and communications skills. Able to facilitate action across the organization, both of our core team and our wider partnerships and connections.
∎ Commercial, target and achieving KRA.
