Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure effective implementation of Adolescent club/ Child Protection Support Centres' activities
∎ Ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders at field level and maintain network and liaison with Ward Councillors, District Child Welfare Board, working committees related with Child Lobour, children with disability and street children.
∎ Organize monthly meeting with Community Based Child Protection Committee (CBCPC) at ward level and address child protection issues and concern at project location.
∎ Supervise CFS facilitators and Social Workers to ensure quality of sessions on LSBE, Connection Module and Child Development and Child Rights.
∎ Assist Program Coordinator to organized workshop and dialogue with Government and Civil Societies on Child Rights, Birth Registration.
∎ Monitor extracurricular activities of Adolescent clubs including song, dance, drama, play chess, Carom and other indoor games,
∎ Supervise CFS/ Adolescent Club and ABL activities.
∎ Conduct vocational training need assessment among adolescent and ensure training through referral and follow up.
∎ Identify potential adolescent for implementing IGA, Personal Development, Civic Engagement plans.
∎ Develop data base for disable children, adolescent, working children and members of adolescent clubs.
∎ Assist Program Coordinator to develop monthly, quarterly and annual donor report.
∎ Any other responsibility may be assigned by Program Coordinator as and when required.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years

Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
