Responsibilities & Context:
The Center Manager will lead and manage the center team while driving individual and lounge-level sales targets as per the approved budget. The role includes overseeing lounge operations, performing checker/approver responsibilities, ensuring risk management and regulatory compliance, and monitoring business performance. The incumbent will also focus on team development, customer relationship management, and delivering service excellence to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Drive business performance by achieving individual and lounge-level targets in line with approved budgets
Develop and execute sales strategies to accelerate portfolio growth and customer acquisition
Lead, coach, and manage team performance, including staff development and counselling
Oversee lounge operations and customer service delivery to ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction
Build and expand customer networks to support sustained business growth
Strengthen customer engagement and relationship management to enhance acquisition, cross-sell, and retention
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes
Manage risk and ensure full regulatory and compliance adherence
