Job Context:
∎ Maintaining access to WASH, Shelter, Energy and Self-Reliance services for the Rohingyas in Bangladesh.
∎ This position is required to perform very specific duty to run production center as well as training the female beneficiaries. For this reason this position should recruit competent female candidate.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until December, 2021.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing overall activities of a woven production center
∎ Perform daily activities and arrange the training center with need tools
∎ Reviews existing training programs; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of clientele, the organization, or the industry.
∎ Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate and effective.
∎ Develop training materials and handout.
∎ Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
∎ Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions.
∎ Ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget.
∎ Maintain the floor administration
∎ Plan, supervise and monitor the production process to supply products within lead time
∎ Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
∎ Ensure the quality benchmark of the products by minimizing defect percentage
∎ Guide and take necessary steps to minimize cost and rejection rate of the products and ensure line balancing.
∎ Support Self-reliance Manager on providing monthly report, progress and achievement
∎ Prepare monitoring tools according to the project indicators.
∎ Maintain the compliance rules in line with the organizational policy
∎ Keeping the responsible area neat, clean and in hygienic condition.
∎ Participate in meetings, events organized by other stakeholders and represent the project and NGO Forum for Public Health properly
∎ Perform any other related duties or responsibilities that may be assigned by the project team.
