• 2 to 6 years

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Banking

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, MIS, or related field from a reputed university.

• Professional certifications in Banking Operations, IT Systems, or Project Management will be an added advantage.

• 2 to 6 years

• Age At most 40 years

• Not exceeding 40 years as of 20 October 2025.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Sound knowledge of CBS operations, banking products, and services.

• Minimum 6 years banking experience with good experience in GB/FT/Credit including 2 years in Core Banking System (CBS) operations, implementation, or support in any Bank.

• Experience in banking operations (GB/FT/Credit) is a must.

• Good understanding of banking processes, CBS modules, and workflows.

• Ability to work with IT teams, vendors, and cross-functional departments.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CBS tools, and report generation.

• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and operational risk management.

Employment Status: Permanent (EO to FAVP)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Core Banking System (CBS) modules related to General Banking (GB), Foreign Trade (FT), and Credit operations.

• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into CBS solutions in coordination with IT teams.

• Ensure smooth operation of CBS functionalities, resolving day-to-day issues, and providing timely user support.

• Conduct system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and documentation for CBS-related changes or upgrades.

• Collaborate with vendors and IT developers for CBS customization, enhancements, and integration with other systems.

• Ensure CBS compliance with regulatory requirements, audit standards, and Bangladesh Bank guidelines.

• Provide training and guidance to end-users for efficient utilization of CBS modules.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives and suggest automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
