∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Certification in Digital Media and Project Management will be added advantage.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Category Management, Digital Marketing, Product Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Actively work with leadership team to understand company's business objective and translate them into short-term and long-term Category Roadmap with clear articulation of Brand-Sales-Operation deliverables.
∎ Manage Category performance through high level analytics of Brand-Sales-Operation performance against road map. Comfortable to operate at strategic and operational level at the same time. e.g. drafting 3 year strategic plan to weekly performance monitoring
∎ Deliver regular Category forecast (volume, revenue and profit)
∎ Determine product pricing by utilizing market research and costing data.
∎ Devise long-term Category development strategies.
∎ Support setting sales fundamentals (channel, range, volume, distribution target) to achieve Category Objectives
∎ Identifying and promoting game changing emerging sales and media channel.
∎ Analyzing external and internal data to identify gaps and opportunities
∎ Identify key success metrics for the Category, key product line (and features) and ensure that effective tracking method has been adequately implemented.
∎ Stay abreast with new innovations and the latest technology trends and explore ways of leveraging these for improving the product in alignment with the business.
∎ Build strong, reciprocal, trusted relationships across organizational and functional boundaries and use these relationships to grow the category.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong and proven category management skills
∎ In-depth knowledge of marketing and sales principles. Direct working experience in Brand &
∎ Communication is a prerequisite. Direct working experience in Sales is an advantage.
∎ Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods.
∎ Experience in digital/e-commerce.
