Additional Requirements: - Basic understanding of non-pharma product categories (e.g., wellness, personal care, health devices).Familiarity with retail or e-commerce operations and category management principles.Knowledge of vendor management and inventory control processes.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for data tracking and basic analysis.Ability to learn and use inventory management (ERP) and category management software.Strong organizational skills for managing product information and vendor communications.
- Soft Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with vendors and internal teams.Attention to detail and accuracy in handling product data.Ability to work effectively in a team and support collaborative projects.

Responsibilities & Context: Assist the Category Manager in implementing category plans, including assortment selection, pricing, and promotions for non-pharma products.
Coordinate with vendors for order processing, stock updates, and timely delivery of products.
Help maintain accurate and up-to-date product information on the platform, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
Monitor inventory levels for key non-pharma SKUs and alert the manager to restocking needs or potential overstock situations.
Support the execution of promotional campaigns and merchandising initiatives to boost product visibility and sales.
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the non-pharma space.
Compile and analyze sales data to prepare reports on category performance for management review.
Address day-to-day operational queries related to non-pharma products from internal teams such as marketing, sales, and logistics.
