Responsibilities & Context:
To update patient bills accordingly.
All services rendered to the patient shall be billed and updated into the Hospital Software.
To ensure that submission of bills are within the stipulated period and complete with all supporting documents.
To keep track the outstanding bills in weekly basis and follow up the status of outstanding bills with the respective units.
To send the statement of accounts to corporate clients and prepare the statement of reconciliation on a monthly basis.
To follow up through phone calls or company visits on the status of payment.
To ensure any dispute or enquiry raised by the corporate client must be addressed and resolved perfectly.
To attend all phone calls, e-mail, or letters sent by corporate clients.
To open receipt and allocate correctly according to the payment voucher received from corporate clients on a timely basis.
To adhere to billing policy Supports and assists Accountant / Finance Manager / Business Office Officer in making the most effective and efficient supplies and services.
Agreed to do shifting duty.
Any related assigned task as required.
