Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the design and technical delivery of the Case Management program supporting child survivors of violence and children at-risk to violence, abuse, neglect and exploitation. This includes review and development of inter-agency tools, designing training, and monitoring the work of the CM staff.
∎ Ensure the CM program adheres to the Case Management Standard Operating Procedures, and the Inter-agency Guidelines on Case Management and Child Protection.
∎ Provide linkages with the FTR work stream and ensure that referrals are clearly documented and that the teams work together to provide services to Unaccompanied and Separated Children and Orphaned Children.
∎ Ensure all cases are documented properly in the Information Management System (IMS), and conduct weekly meetings with the CM team.
∎ Provide regular updates to CPIE Advisor on the progress of the implementation, challenges faced, and additional support needed.
∎ Design and facilitate capacity development activities/ training of CMstaff in the areas of CM guiding principles, identification, registration, case planning, referrals, follow-up, and case closure, communicating with children, identification of signs of abuse, working with community structures, providing psychological first aid, etc.
∎ S/he will take a proactive stance in identifying and mitigating exploitation and abuse and follow CODEC's Child Protection Policy and code of conduct.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years

∎ Strong in English and capable to write quality report in English will be necessary
∎ Strong ability in problem solving and decision-making.
∎ Planning, budgeting, and financial management skills
∎ Team building, HR management skills
∎ Supportive supervision and motivation skill.
∎ Skilled in documentation, facilitation, presentation & reporting. .
∎ Computer (MS word, excel, PowerPoint, email, internet etc ) knowledge
∎ Strong report writing skills both Bangla and English

Salary: Tk. 78000 (Monthly)
