Job Context:
∎ Based at Ukhiya, Cox`s Bazar
∎ To deliver Case Management services in a timely and appropriate (quality and scale) manner to child survivors of and children at risk of abuse, violence, exploitation and neglect. Case Management Officers should work with Community Volunteers and provide them capacity building.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality implementation of the CM component of the CPiE response
∎ In collaboration with the Case Management Coordinator and other Caseworkers, implement Case Management in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures at the Cox's Bazar level, and the Inter-agency Guidelines on Case Management and Child Protection as well as the inter-agency CM Tools and Flow Chart.
∎ Disseminate information, provide support and advocacy to individuals and families.
∎ Identify and register cases, conduct Rapid and Comprehensive Assessments of children in need/at risk, prepare and implement case plans, make referrals to relevant services, follow up and close cases when appropriate. Organize case conferences with other actors when needed.
∎ Maintain case management database and record case accurately and properly in the Information Management System.
∎ Staff Capacity Building:
∎ Support in design and facilitation of capacity development activities/training for volunteers in the areas of CM guiding principles, identification, registration, case planning, referrals, follow-up, and case closure, communicating with children, identification of signs of abuse, working with community structures, providing psychological first aid, etc.
∎ Provide on-the-job coaching and support to the volunteers

Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for a Bangladeshi Nation who is competent and committed professional holding At least Bachelor degree in social work, psychology, social sciences or related field. Required to have minimum 1 years of experience, preferably in international development organization as well as good understanding & knowledge about Humanitarian architecture of the Rohingya Response its operating and regulatory environment. Have extensive experience in providing individual CP Case Management, supporting children and families in the process of case management in accordance with agreed inter-agency case management steps, protocols and related tools. Required to have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English & Bangla. Understanding and speaking local language of Cox's Bazar or Chittagong is an advantage.
