Job Context:
∎ Based at Teknaf, Cox`s Bazar
∎ To provide the day to day technical support and supervision to the Child Protection Case Management frontline staff and collaborate with the other work streams within the Child Protection in Emergencies response to the Forcibly Displaced Myanmar Nationals crisis in Cox`s Bazar, Bangladesh.
Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for a competent and committed professional holding At least University degree in social work, psychology, social sciences or related field. Required to have minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar role preferably in international development organization as well as good understanding & knowledge about Humanitarian architecture of the Rohingya Response its operating and regulatory environment. Have proven experience in implementing programs focusing on: working with vulnerable children, social work with children and families, working with child survivors of abuse and violence, children outside of parental care, psychosocial support, etc. as well as providing training and capacity building on child protection technical areas with a variety of audiences. Required to have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English & Bangla. Understanding and speaking local language of Cox's Bazar or Chittagong is an advantage.
