Experience:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Japanese visa processing, Interview, and language course inquiries
Provide accurate and clear information about company products and services
Resolve students queries, complaints, and issues politely
Respond to client inquiries regarding Japanese visa categories
Maintain call logs, update customer information, and prepare reports
Build positive relationships with students through polite and active communication
Cooperate with the team and follow supervisor instructions
Maintain confidentiality of students data and company information
Maintain proper records of students interactions in CRM/Excel
Provide step-by-step guidance on documentation, application procedures, and timelines
Coordinate with the internal visa processing team for application updates
Assist in enrollment processes for Japanese language courses
Communicate class schedules, updates, and announcements to students
Closely work with the consultancy team to ensure smooth and accurate visa processing operations
Coordinate daily with visa consultants to track application progress and updates
Coordinate with language instructors and consultancy team for class scheduling and student updates
