• Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, and CRM tools).

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and articulate Call Centre Executive (Female Only) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, engaging with prospective students, and ensuring clear communication regarding our services and application processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone calls and respond to student queries with clarity and professionalism.

• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on student leads and schedule counseling appointments.

• Provide accurate and updated information about study destinations, universities, and visa processes.

• Record all interactions in the CRM system with attention to detail.

• Coordinate with the counseling and admissions teams to ensure timely support to students.

• Support phone-based promotional campaigns and event invitations.
