Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Counselor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of overseas education systems, excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali, and a strong passion for guiding students toward achieving their academic goals abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth consultations with students and parents regarding study abroad options, including university programs, entry requirements, tuition fees, and visa processes.
Assess student profiles and guide them in selecting appropriate courses, countries, and institutions.
Stay updated with admission requirements, application deadlines, and visa regulations for countries like the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
Manage end-to-end counseling processes, from initial inquiry to successful enrollment.
Prepare students for admission interviews, SOP writing, and visa interviews.
Communicate effectively with international university representatives and maintain institutional relationships.
Supervise and support junior counselors, ensuring high-quality student service.
Achieve individual and team-based targets related to student enrollments.
Maintain accurate counseling records and reports using CRM or internal systems.
