Master’s degree in Education or a relevant discipline from a recognized university
PhD preferred but not mandatory
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Principal or equivalent senior leadership position in a reputed English medium or international school
Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Deep understanding of curriculum development, modern teaching methodologies, student management, and institutional administration
Ability to lead academic planning, staff supervision, policy implementation, and school development initiatives
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, teachers, and stakeholders

The Principal will serve as the chief academic and administrative leader of the institution and will work closely with the Chairman and Managing Director (MD) to oversee the overall management, strategic development, staff leadership, academic quality, student welfare, and operational success of the school. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing more than 50 teachers and administrative personnel while ensuring a high standard of educational excellence and institutional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all academic, administrative, and operational activities of the school
Ensure high standards of teaching quality, discipline, student achievement, and institutional performance
Recruit, train, mentor, evaluate, and manage teachers, coordinators, and support staff
Develop and implement academic policies, yearly plans, curriculum strategies, and institutional objectives
Maintain a positive, disciplined, inclusive, and student-friendly learning environment
Coordinate parent communication, student counseling, teacher development, and school improvement programs
Oversee budgeting, resource management, infrastructure development, safety, and daily operations in collaboration with the Chairman and MD
Organize co-curricular and extracurricular activities that support students’ intellectual, social, and emotional growth
Represent the school in official meetings, educational forums, community engagements, and external communications
Ensure compliance with institutional policies, educational standards, and long-term strategic goals
