Responsibilities & Context:

Smart Eco Stove is on the lookout for a few dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our growing team! As a vital part of our front-line support, you'll be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, converting leads customers into consumers and make sales, and ensuring every caller has a smooth, informative, and helpful experience. If you're communicative, driven, and love working with people, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

  • Convert potential customers into loyal consumers.

  • Provide clear and accurate product/service information.

  • Resolve inquiries and concerns with patience and care

  • Log call details and maintain customer database.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service

  • Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets.

  • Morning Shift (08.00 AM to 4.00 PM), Evening Shift (3.00 PM to 11.00 PM For Male ) ,Evening Shift (2.00 PM to 10.00 PM For Female )
