- কল সেন্টার/কাস্টমার সার্ভিসে অন্তত ১-২ বছরের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা অতিরিক্ত যোগ্যতা হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।
- ISP প্রতিষ্ঠানে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা অতিরিক্ত যোগ্যতা হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।
- কম্পিউটার পরিচালনায় দক্ষ (বিশেষ করে MS Office)।
- বাংলায় চমৎকার যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা (মৌখিক ও লিখিত)।
Responsibilities & Context:
দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্য
- প্রতিদিন ৯ ঘণ্টা কাজ, ডে ও নাইট ৩ শিফটে কাজ করার ইচ্ছা থাকতে হবে।
- ফোন, ইমেল ও চ্যাটের মাধ্যমে গ্রাহকদের সেবা ও সহায়তা প্রদান।
- গ্রাহকের অভিযোগ শোনা ও দ্রুত সমাধানের উদ্যোগ নেওয়া।
- ইন্টারনেট সংযোগ ও প্যাকেজ সংক্রান্ত প্রাথমিক টেকনিক্যাল সাপোর্ট প্রদান।
- গ্রাহকের ফিডব্যাক সংগ্রহ ও সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগে রিপোর্ট করা।
- প্রতিষ্ঠানের সেবা ও পণ্য সম্পর্কে তথ্য প্রদান।
