  • Personality: Have to be smart, presentable, Elegant, energetic, self-motivated and ambitious

  • Broad-Minded and Well-Mannered

  • Technical Competencies: Basic computer skills, technical know-how with MS Office Packages, and good typing speed.

Call Centre Executive Responsibilities include:🔴🔴🔴

• Answer incoming calls from patients and provide assistance with scheduling appointments, inquiries, and general information.

◦ provide the caller with a fully present, empathetic, & productive experience

◦ develop the practice-patient relationship, even from the very first phone call.

◦ guide phone calls to the appropriate department &/or team member

• Respond to patient inquiries via Messager , Whatsapp email, chat, or social media platforms in a professional and timely manner.

• Assist with outbound calls to patients for appointment reminders, follow-up care, and patient satisfaction surveys.

• Collaborate with clinic staff to address patient concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex inquiries as needed.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and follow-up actions in the Dental clinic's database. . Resolution of any issue regarding dental services gets easier with a call center by side. The problem solving expertise of agents brings favorable outcomes

• Participate in training sessions to develop communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.Dental call center agents are trained to be Patients centric.

• Support other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Online promotion officer 🌐

  • Must be able to speak standard Bengali fluently and beautifully.

  • Must be Good looking, elegant and smart.

  • Have to maintain Facebook page, WhatsApp Business.

Working Time: Working Time will be 8 -hours. 10 AM -6 PM , 6 days a week With 1 hour break time.⏰

Oro Dental Aid Foundation recruitment process:🔎

Firstly, we select a short list from all of our job candidates for respective post via BD Jobs software.

Secondly, for the convenience of the candidates whose residences are outside Dhaka or away from job place , we will first conduct an online interview through a video conference.

Thirdly, if selected in this interview, we will be interviewed physically or directly. Final appointment if successful in the interview.

Note,

And if not selected in online interview, we don't call for direct interview. It saves candidates both time and travel expenses.

The online interview will be through video conference. Through Whatsapp or Zoom video call.
