অনলাইন পেইজের কাস্টোমারের ফেইসবুক মেসেজ, কমেন্ট, ফোন কল, কুরিয়ারের কল এইগুলো সামলানোই কাজ।
ভদ্র , সাবলিল বাংলা ভাষায় কাস্টোমারের সাথে কলে কথা বলে সব কিছু সমাধান করতে হবে।
ট্রেনিং দিয়ে নেয়া হবে। তবে কম্পিউটার অপারেইট অবশ্যই জানতে হবে!
