• Handle inquiries from Singaporean customers via phone calls and messages.

• Clearly explain the company’s services (Painting, Polishing, Epoxy, False Ceiling, etc.) to potential clients.

• Manage service bookings and process customer transactions.

• Respond to customer questions correctly, handle complaints, and collect feedback.

• Contact past or potential clients to offer new services or follow-ups.

• Handle all Carousell chats promptly, providing excellent customer service and converting inquiries into confirmed sales.

• Monitor competitor pricing and trending items to adjust the company’s product positioning and price points.

• Manage user feedback and resolve disputes to maintain a high seller rating and "Fast Responder" status.
