গ্রাহকদের অভিযোগ ও সমস্যার সমাধান করা।
কলের তথ্য সংরক্ষণ ও ফলো-আপ করা।
নির্ধারিত টার্গেট অনুযায়ী কাজ করা।
যোগ্যতা:
ন্যূনতম এইচএসসি পাস।
সুন্দরভাবে কথা বলার দক্ষতা।
কম্পিউটার ব্যবহারের মৌলিক জ্ঞান।
গ্রাহকসেবামূলক মনোভাব ও দায়িত্বশীলতা।
