Responsibilities & Context:
Age 18 to 30 years
Freshers are encouraged to apply (Only O-level, A-level or Fluent ENGLISH Speaker).
Willing to work at night shifts to match business hours in USA (Bangladesh time 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
Willing to be in a minimum of 3 month probation period (depending on performance).
Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.
Talking with international Clients in a Innovative way and making sure all the communication documented to appropriate server on daily basis.
Identify customers` needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Maintaining confidential client information and security in all aspects. Require problem solving and reporting to manager.
