We are seeking a Call Center Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls to assist clients and candidates in achieving their job search and employment goals. Success in this position requires excellent English proficiency, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls and provide assistance with job opportunities and services.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with employers to monitor candidate placements.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Address client and candidate concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Convert leads into sales opportunities and engage with audiences on social media platforms.
