Responsibilities & Context:

We are a rapidly expanding real estate and housing project developer seeking motivated and articulate Female Call Center Executive to join our dedicated sales and customer relations team. This role is crucial for managing client inquiries, providing detailed project information, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience from the initial point of contact.

  • Industry: Real Estate/Housing Development

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls related to our current and upcoming housing projects.

  • Information Management: Provide accurate and comprehensive details on project features, pricing, payment plans, and location benefits.

  • Lead Qualification: Qualify potential sales leads and effectively schedule appointments for the sales team and site visits for prospective buyers.

  • Data Entry & CRM: Accurately log all customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-up activities into the company`s CRM system.

  • Customer Support: Address and resolve customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.

  • Shift: Day and Night Shifts (Roster Basis)

Job Duration and allocations

  • Willing to work at Day shift (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM) & Night shift (8:00 PM - 8:00 AM)

  • Night Shift only from home.
