- গ্রাহকদের ফোন কলের মাধ্যমে তথ্য প্রদান ও সমস্যা সমাধান করা।
- গ্রাহকসেবা প্রদান করার জন্য ধৈর্যশীল ও বন্ধুত্বপূর্ণ মনোভাব থাকা।
- প্রতিদিনের ফোন কলের রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করা।
