• Comfortable with social media, basic computer use, and scheduling software.

• A keen interest in the beauty and wellness industry is highly desirable.

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Secret Beauty, one of Dhaka’s premier destinations for advanced laser and aesthetic treatments, is expanding! We are currently looking for smart, confident, and customer-oriented female professionals to join our growing team as Call Center cum Front Desk Executives.

As the first point of contact, you will represent the face and voice of Secret Beauty, ensuring that every client receives exceptional care, from the initial inquiry to their treatment journey with us.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve a daily target of confirmed patient appointments through calls and follow-ups.

• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.

• Provide detailed information on our services, packages, and offers to potential and existing clients.

• Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, reschedules, and cancellations efficiently.

• Respond to client queries across digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and email.

• Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk environment.

• Register new clients accurately into the clinic’s system and maintain proper records.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and phone follow-ups.

• Provide prompt, personalized responses to voicemails and emails.

• Address client concerns calmly and effectively; escalate serious issues to management as needed.

• Ensure all clients receive a warm, helpful, and professional experience, upholding the highest standards of customer service.
