Job Context:
∎ Kukd.com is an online takeaway ordering and table reservation service in UK. We are looking for a dedicated and positive individual to join our Bangladesh Operations team as a Call Centre Agent. The Operations Department provides Team Leaders an excellent opportunity to develop their skills within a dynamic and growing environment.
∎ Role description: The specific duties of an Assistant Manager of the Operations department include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels. There will be a requirement to work alongside and maintain communication with the UK Operations team whilst being based in the Dhaka Office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ You will be reporting to the Head of Operations who will be based in the UK, and complete adequate reporting and KPIs
∎ Work shift patterns of Day Shift and Night Shift
∎ Manage first line contact, to ensure that they are managing high volume calls from customers.
∎ Support and effectively manage inbound and outbound calls to customers.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and query handling.
∎ Maintain a sound knowledge of order processes and issues.
∎ Create motivation through out the team
∎ Develop skills within team members
∎ Measure and assess KPIs and targets
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Managerial skill and People management
∎ Customer service experience
∎ Confident, with very good telephone etiquette (past experience preferred).
∎ Sales knowledge both product and service
∎ Customer retention service
∎ Able to work as a team and as an individual

∎ Professional attitude
∎ Reliable, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
