• Must be dynamic, target-oriented, and capable of handling a fast-paced working environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage operational challenges and customer service effectively.

The State University of Bangladesh (SUB) invites applications from qualified, dynamic, and target-oriented individuals for the position of Cafeteria Manager at its Permanent Campus located in Kendua, Kanchan, Narayanganj.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the university cafeteria, ensuring efficient, hygienic, and high-quality food service.
• Lead and supervise kitchen and service staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards as per regulatory requirements.
• Manage procurement, inventory, and vendor relations to ensure timely and cost-effective supply of food and materials.
• Coordinate with chefs to plan nutritious and affordable menus suitable for students and staff.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency.
• Ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment and meet service goals.
