• Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Architecture in Architecture
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• Age 20 to 28 years

• Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, Sketchup

• Produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings based on sketches, specifications, and engineer/architect input.

• Import, interpret, and model from scan and point cloud data to create as-built documentation and support renovation or retrofit projects.

• Develop architectural, structural, and MEP plans; revise and update drawings to reflect project changes and client feedback.

• Collaborate with design teams and coordinate drawing updates, ensuring alignment with scan data and site conditions.

• Manage digital drawing files, maintain version control, and uphold documentation standards.

• Ensure all drawings meet relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.

• The CAD Drafter operates within a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality design and construction documentation, often leveraging scan-to-BIM methodologies.

• Projects may range from new builds to complex renovations where accurate as-built and site surveys are vital.

• Ability to handle, process, and model from scan and point cloud data is essential for building precise and reliable documentation.

• Familiarity with Revit and BIM workflows is considered a strong asset, particularly for projects involving digital surveys and 3D coordination is a plus.

• This role requires adaptability, technical proficiency, clear communication, and an eye for detail to ensure project excellence and client satisfaction.
