Job Context:
∎ Experience Needed: ERP implementation at RMG Factory
∎ Job Location: Baipail, Ashulia
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop and monitor the progress of implementation for RMG ERP System as per business requirements
∎ Create, maintain & preserve comprehensive project documentation in support of system lifecycle development and other information technology general control requirements
∎ Coordinate between Technical & Business team in order to determine the use of technological equipment and software to ensure efficiency to achieve business needs
∎ Lead to translate user needs to business requirements and collaborate with development resources to ensure systems requirements meet the business requirements
∎ Lead team meetings and assigning action items to team members, following up along the way until the deadline for each project
∎ Meet with end users (if required) to take detailed requirement briefs and clarify the specific requirements of each delivery
∎ Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete
∎ Work with internal and external customers to Collect/analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
Additional Requirements:
∎ Advanced knowledge of MS word, Power point and Excel
