Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the planning, design, development, of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
∎ Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve business systems issues.
∎ Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems.
∎ Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
∎ Assist in the deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
∎ Conduct research on hardware and software products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts.
∎ Analyze the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are
∎ Identify problems within a business, including through using data modelling techniques
∎ Communicate with senior people in organizations to find out what they hope to achieve
∎ Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research
∎ Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies
∎ Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems
∎ Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.
∎ Create systems models, specifications, diagrams and charts to provide direction to system programmers.
∎ Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.
∎ Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems.
∎ Creates project plans including a comprehensive scope, detailed phases of work, and timelines to ensure on-time and successful executions
∎ To understand business requirements of the product and develop web solutions
∎ Design and development of customized software
∎ Configure and test the application software/system
∎ Critical troubleshooting application software/system
∎ Provide support and maintenance/technical support as and whenever needed
∎ Fix any technical bugs and performance problems discovered in testing
∎ Database Management & Database Administrator
∎ Analysis & Coding
∎ Reviews, analyzes, and modifies the programming systems including encoding, testing, and debugging to support an organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Ensures that software can be completely integrated into the ERP system. Designs new modules to improve system efficiency.
∎ Liaise with network administrators and software engineers to assist with quality assurance, program logic, and data processing.
∎ Compile and maintain inventory of company software and systems assets and their corresponding contracts/agreements.
∎ Develop and communicate training and documentation for end users, hold clinics as necessary, and other user-related activities.
∎ Develop, distribute, and coordinate in-depth end-user reviews for modified and new systems or applications.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong command in MS Excel, MS Access & MS PowerPoint
∎ Experience in data manipulation
∎ Exceptional knowledge of service and application delivery, as well as successful service level agreement accomplishments.
∎ Knowledge on HR practice and processes
∎ Previous experience in systems integration
∎ Proficiency in modern script and coding languages
∎ Capable of prioritizing multiple projects and still meet deadlines
∎ Willingness to temporarily relocate a couple months at a time
∎ Ability to life 35+ lb server racks on occasion
∎ Excellent organizational and communication skills
∎ Strong team building and leadership skillsAbility to make sound and logical judgments
∎ Demonstrated leadership and personnel/project management skills
∎ Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
∎ Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
