Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out Extensive Market Research for Beauty Industry and beauty services
∎ Survey and Identify Trends & Industry Patterns in both Bangladesh & Worldwide.
∎ Developing new beauty services, trends and implement the same.
∎ Improving present product/service type
∎ Organize training to improve service & quality
∎ Contributing to the annual sales
∎ Conducting routine tasks assigned by the management and providing feedback to the management as per company requirement

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 31 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Professional training on beauty product or services will be highly appreciated
∎ Presentable, Elegant, Lively, Pleasant personality
∎ Ability to work independently and without any supervision.
∎ Must be passionate about beauty products, have extensive Knowledge about High End Beauty & Cosmetics, beauty industry.
∎ Excellent in understanding customers need and demand.
∎ Co-operative and challenging mentality to work with team members
∎ Ability to work under pressure and extended hour
∎ Self driven ,Energetic and organized, Disciplined and Proactive
∎ Good interpersonal skill ( Team Player, Sympathetic , Good Listener, Appreciative , Positive Attitude, Polite) and communication skill
∎ Must be good in computer literacy
