∎ Having Beauty Salon Customer management experience will be given preference.
∎ Excellent in customer handling with direct customer service or over phone service.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and extended hour.
∎ Disciplined, Proactive, and Organized.
∎ Decision making & Complaint handling ability.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct daily audit and ensure proper hygiene & cleanliness of service area.
∎ Guide the service personnel to maintain the high standard of service.
∎ Should be capable to motivate the beautician & cleaner to achieve the desired outputs.
∎ Welcoming clients and communicate with them in an effective manners.
∎ Understanding customer's need clearly & completely and provides information on the same.
∎ Attending client's requirements concern and make sure that they are appropriately perused.
∎ Handling customer complaints and deal this professionally.
∎ Conducting routine tasks assigned by the management and providing feedback to the management as per company requirement.
