∎ Ability to work under pressure and extended hour
∎ Self driven ,Energetic and organized
∎ Disciplined and Proactive
∎ Good interpersonal skill ( Team Player, Sympathetic , Good Listener, Appreciative , Positive Attitude, Polite) and communication skill
∎ Decision making & Complaint handling ability

∎ Welcoming clients and communicate with them in an effective manners.
∎ Understanding customer’s need clearly & completely and need to provide more information on our product feature, benefit and application in details.
∎ Attending client requirements concern and make sure that they are appropriately perused.
∎ Effectively motivating the customers for using our product & service.
∎ Handling customer complaints and deal this professionally.
∎ Attend all incoming call of the customer in a positive tone and manner and pursue them to visit us in person.
∎ Provide recommendations & ideas for business development.
∎ We are looking for a Customer Supervisor (Floor Manager) having customer & floor management experience from any renowned Spa or Beauty Salon.
