∎ MBA/Post Graduation Degree major in Marketing from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales target assessment and budget mapping for the individual sales team.
∎ Ensuring to assign branding/marketing promotional activities of product/model wise. To ensure quality and appropriate products availability in required zones.
∎ Inventory control- warehouse stock manage of the Small Appliances.
∎ Looking after competitor's movement to find out market gap and find consumer real demand.
∎ Product/Model/Feature wise MC/LC/SC and overhead cost calculation to fix up the appropriate price offer to beat competitors.
∎ Upcoming technology meet up with the present product to improve sales.
∎ After sales quick and smooth service monitoring of the small appliances to maintain consumer satisfactions.
∎ Market analysis to understand real consumer demand to develop and ensure correct product/model/features.
∎ Ensuring category communication in line with brand department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 36 years
∎ At least 10 years' experience in related field (TV, Refrigerator, AC & Home Appliances).
∎ Must have the computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
∎ Having good knowledge in electronics products especially in small appliance products.
∎ In case of well experienced applicant; Educational qualification & age limit may be relaxed.
