Food Operations / Culinary Training for Ready Food operations.
Photography, Photo Studio, Printing, or Framing Certification for Photo Studio operations.

Experience in managing multi-location operations is a plus.
Any creativity, visual merchandising, or marketing-related training will be an advantage.

About the Concept
Best Buy (multi-category retail chain), a concern of RFL Group, is looking for a dynamic and experienced business operations manager to lead our upcoming project.
Ready Food / Fast Food Corners – serving fresh, hygienic, and fast meals to showroom visitors.
Photo Studios—professional customer photo services including photo capture, printing, and framing, just like popular studios across Bangladesh.
We are hiring operations professionals to set up and manage these concepts, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Ready Food Corner Operations
- Plan and execute the setup of food corners at multiple showroom outlets.
- Manage daily operations, food quality, hygiene, and service.
- Coordinate with suppliers, kitchen staff, and showroom teams.
- Monitor inventory, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Train in-store staff and implement SOPs for food operations.
Photo Studio Operations
- Set up and manage customer-facing photo studios inside showrooms.
- Capture high-quality photos (passport, portraits, events) for customers.
- Print and professionally frame photos.
- Maintain studio equipment, manage workflow, and ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with marketing & Sales to promote studio services.
