∎ Experience: 5-10 years in the garment sector in a leadership role, Buying QC, Merchandising or Planning & Production operations.
∎ Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicate effectively in English with customers.
∎ Manage merchandising and ensure customers requirements are met.
∎ Coordinate with the Planning, Quality, Product Development, and Production teams.
∎ Oversee shipment procedures in alignment with buyer expectations.
∎ Work closely with Buying QC and lead the factory team efficiently to reach goal.
∎ Ensure all operations comply with buyer standards and requirements.
