Experience:

Proven experience of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the software or education industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; with proficiency in both English and Bengali.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel within Bangladesh as needed.
Having content development experience in PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe CC will be highly advantageous.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team and drive the growth of our solutions in EdTech and the broader education sector.
Job Responsibilities:
Marketing and Sales:
Lead Generation and Market Analysis.
Identify and research potential leads in the coaching center industry.
Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Set up and conduct meetings with potential clients to present our ERP system.
Partnership Development:
Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders in the education sector.
Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing and sales initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with coaching centers, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions.
Customer Success:
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, providing necessary training and support.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Customize presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of each coaching center.
